Elbow three-way pipes are available in a wide variety of materials, including cast iron, cast steel, cast copper, cast aluminum, plastic, and glass. Different materials offer different performance characteristics and suitability for various applications. For example, cast iron elbow three-way pipes have high strength and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature fluid conveyance systems; while plastic elbow three-way pipes are lightweight, cost-effective, and easy to process and install, making them suitable for low-pressure, normal-temperature fluid conveyance systems.

During manufacturing, forming is a critical step for elbow three-way pipes. Due to their unusual shape, uneven stress during extrusion molding can cause deformation. Therefore, special molding tools and processes are required to ensure the quality and performance of the elbow three-way pipes.

Flange fittings are an indispensable part of the piping system

Different pipes, valves, equipment, etc. are connected together through flange connections to form a complete piping system. Flange fittings not only have the function of connection, but also play a role in the piping system such as distribution, confluence, pressure reduction, and non-return.
